In 1992 company EKOFIDAS Ltd. has established a chemical operation unit for production of rare saccharides and their derivates. This unit is situated in own area in Radonin near city Zdar na Sazavou, the Czech Republic.
Process of production:
Rare saccharides from our product list are prepared by chemical reactions
from readily available raw material, especially from natural sources. After
chemical reaction follow purification steps using chemical and/or physical
methods. Pure products are obtained by crystalization and recrystalization
of crude material. Quality assurance of the process is carried out by monitoring
of particular product operations and by regular interpretation of the acquired
data. The final products are tested in the specialized laboratory of INFUSIA
Horatev which has an international certificate for this activity.
The main processing programme form D-Mannose and L-Ribose. These sugars are available usually at anytime. Other products are produced on the basis of the binding order of a buyer.
It is guaranteed that during the whole producing process no animal harmful substances are used and that all our products are minimum in purity 99%+. But our standard quality is min. 99,5%. In case that the buyer requests D-Mannose endotoxin and pyrogen free and 100% through 80 mesh product we are able to deliver it. Standard bulk density is 35-36 mg/cbcm.
